What We Do With Your Information

Your data will be placed on an appropriate system, such as the Electronic Patient Record and will be used to ensure up to date information when providing healthcare or for administration purposes. We sometimes cross reference this data between systems.

These systems are access controlled, so only relevant employees have access to them. We are endeavouring to bring our data together with other relevant information from other local authorities such as Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council or neighbouring healthcare organisations so that authorised workers can have a full view of a patient to be able to provide a quality service and to deliver help and assistance as needed.

This would be separated into layers of detail depending on how much information the staff member needs to perform the service or function. This will improve our support services to patients and improve customer service.
