We are the best performing Trust against the Staff Engagement theme when compared to our benchmarking group (Acute & Acute and Community Trusts) within Greater Manchester.
We have also achieved the 3rd highest score for the ‘We are always learning’ and ‘We are a Team’ themes when we compare ourselves against our benchmarking group within the North West region.
