Stockport NHS Foundation Trust’s estates and facilities team are holding a charity football match against their counterparts from the Christie hospital, and all the public are welcome.
The team from the trust, which runs Stepping Hill Hospital and community NHS services in Stockport, will be facing the Christie in the match at Stockport Sport Village in Woodley on Saturday 4th May, with kick-off at 2:30pm.
Collections will be made for both trust’s respective charities on the day. Stockport NHS Charity is the local charity for Stockport NHS Foundation Trust, dedicated to supporting every aspect of care in both the hospital and community. You can find out more about it or donate on the trust web page.
The two teams have faced each other before, and last year the Christie’s team won. Stockport are hoping for a different result this year!
