Information Technology Strategy and Programme Management

For Stockport NHS Foundation Trust to be able to think strategically, and enable us to cope with an ever changing business landscape, our Information Technology (IT) Strategy and Programme Management supports us in gaining fresh perspectives and devising new approaches to familiar and unfamiliar challenges.

Our range of strategy programme management icludes:

• programme manage major IT system implementations
• directly manage system managers during the implementation phase of an IT project
• provide strategic and business planning and benefits realisation, and business case support to the department
• directly support staff in clinical areas to effectively manage new IT software and hardware, eg. electronic ordering.
