Students from Cheadle College have supported their local NHS charity by creating a selection of beautiful craft items to sell in support.
The pre-internship students created handmade items including soaps and felt flowers which they went on to sell in the Stepping Hill Hospita restaurant to raise money for Stockport NHS Charity.
As well as raising money for the charity, the students were raising smiles and cheer for patients and visitors with their creations; with cheerful creations to help them through what can be stressful times.
They were working as part of a programme which helps students with learning disabilities to develop their employment skills as well as supporting the community.
Stockport NHS Charity works to enhance the health and wellbeing of patients and staff in Stepping Hill Hospital as well as community NHS services in the area.
