We currently have seven vacancies available in our Council of Governors, which provides an important oversight as the voice into how our services at Stepping Hill Hospital, and also community NHS services in the local area.

It is an important way of ensuring local people have a voice in the running of their services.

We are holding elections in the following constituency for a 3-year term of office:

• Public – Heatons & Stockport West (4 seats)

We are also holding a by-election in the following constituencies:

• Public – Tame Valley & Werneth (2 seats, 1-year term of office)
• Public – Marple & Hazel Grove (1 seat, 2-year term of office)
