Planned Industrial Action: Junior Doctors
You may have seen and heard in the media, that junior doctors have voted to take strike action on Monday 13, Tuesday 14 and Wednesday 15 March 2023.
What industrial action means for you:
Please be assured that Stockport NHS Foundation Trust has made necessary plans to maintain the safety, welfare and service of those in our care during industrial action.
Unless advised otherwise, please continue to attend appointments and access services appropriately. You do not need to contact the Trust. For those whose appointments or care that may be impacted, you will be contacted directly by the service.
Our A&E department will remain open for genuine emergencies and life-threatening conditions.
If it is not an emergency, please consider other options such as visiting a pharmacist, contacting your GP or visiting www.111.nhs.uk.
