Board of Directors Meetings
Our Board of Directors has overall responsibility for delivering services and is accountable for operational performance as well as our strategic direction.
Members of the public are welcome to attend the public part of the Board of Directors' meetings.
The public sessions of the Board meetings are now taking place in a hybrid setting. Members of the public are welcome to observe virtually. Any member
of the public wishing to observe the meeting can contact Soile Curtis, Deputy Company Secretary, for joining instructions – soile.curtis@stockport.nhs.uk
All Board meetings commence at 9:30am unless otherwise stated. The agenda and papers for the meetings are available on this page approximately one week prior to the meeting.
Stockport NHS Foundation Trust (SFT) and Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust (TG ICFT) have been working collaboratively for several
years. This year, both Trusts have committed to deepen this collaboration and develop a new joint organisational strategy to improve healthcare
services for people in our communities.
While both Trusts will legally remain separate NHS Foundation Trusts, we will align our governance arrangements to provide unified oversight
of our new strategic ambitions.
On 26 March 2026 both SFT and TG ICFT will hold their respective Public Board meetings together, therefore meetings will constitute both
statutory Boards of SFT and TG ICFT and any decisions recorded as such. The meeting papers will include papers from both SFT and TG ICFT.
