Data Privacy Impact Assessments/Information Sharing Agreements

As part of the Trust`s commitment to transparency and openness, all projects involving the processing and/or sharing of identifiable information (either patient or staff) must be risk assessed prior to any sharing taking place.  This process is a Data Privacy Impact Assessment (DPIA).

 

The Trust maintains a register of all DPIAs undertaken, together with associated Information Sharing Agreements and copies Assessments and individual Information Sharing Agreements are available on request.
