Right to Restrict Processing

In addition to the right to be forgotten, patients have the right to restrict processing. This is not an absolute right and only applies in certain circumstances.   Any request to restrict processing will need to be made to the Information Governance team (information.governance@stockport.nhs.uk) and the Trust will respond within 30 days.
