Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm (not weekends or public bank holidays)
Sunday, urgent cases only 8.00 - 8:30am

Welcome to the Jasmine assessment gynaecology service, known as Jasmine Assessment. We provide care for women in early pregnancy and assessment for women with gynaecological related problems.

We offer care for women in early pregnancy from 6-16 weeks who present with pain or bleeding. We will also see women who have had previous problems in pregnancy including miscarriage, ectopic, hydatiform mole.

We see women who present with confirmed gynaecological problems.

The unit is open Monday to Friday (not weekends or public bank holidays). We also offer an urgent service on Sunday mornings. We have an appointment system for early pregnancy problems and aim to provide care and on-going support.

The unit is run by experienced midwives and nurses. 

We will take self-referrals from patients who are between 6-16 weeks pregnant with existing or previous complications during pregnancy. To self-refer you may call us on the number provided below, we will also accept referrals from doctors or midwives.

For all gynaecology patients we are only able to accept referrals from a GP.

During your visit a full history will be obtained we may examine you and take some bloods. It is at this stage you may be offered am ultrsound scan. We will send a letter to your GP outlining your care and follow up appointments maybe arranged.

We aim to provide support and we always encourage patients to contact us if they have any concerns or unanswered questions.
