How to cancel an Appointment

If you have booked your appointment through your GP, please make sure you cancel it there. If you wish to cancel your appointment using the E-Referral system (formerly Choose and Book) via the NHS website. You will need your reference number, year of birth, and password. Alternatively you can ring 0345 608 8888 (Mon – Fri 8am-8pm or 8-4 at weekends & BH). A text phone is also available on 0345 850 2250.
