Specialisms: Luminal gastroenterology, specifically Inflammatory Bowel Disease and GI consequences of cancer treatment, luminal endoscopy
Memberships: British Society of Gastroenterology (BSG), European Crohn’s and Colitis Organisation (ECCO). I am also listed on the General Medical Council Specialist Register in Gastroenterology.
Background / Profile
I have been an NHS consultant since 2022, working at Stepping Hill Hospital since June 2024. I have a research background in GI consequence of cancer treatment and completed an MD in this area in 2015. I have an ongoing research interest in this area and IBD with current involvement in clinical trials and regional studies. I am an educational supervisor and endoscopy trainer.
