Qualified Manchester University 1997. Radiology training in Manchester 2002 – 2007.
A year’s fellowship in Vancouver post CCT in Abdominal imaging and Ultrasound 2007 -8, before taking up Consultant post at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust in 2008.
Lead Colorectal cancer MDT Radiologist. Joint MDT Radiologist for fortnightly IBD MDT. Deputy Radiologist for Gynae MDT.
Set up the CT and MRI Small bowel service for patients with IBD.
Radiology department ultrasound lead. Radiology joint lead for REALM (Radiology events and learning meeting).
Educational Supervisor for NW school of Radiology and Trust Foundation Trust with over 15 years experience.
Examiner for the FRCR 2B exams since 2019, and Emeritus examiner since 2025.
