Modern technology supports our ability to deliver a comprehensive occupational health service. We have an innovative, flexible web based occupational health system that provides improved processes and efficiencies for our customers.
The system provides a complete solution to data management, appointment booking notification and management reporting in line with key performance indicators. We also provide an appointment reminder service by text to a mobile or voicemail to a landline three working days before the appointment to act as a prompt, this has reduced our ‘Did Not Attend’ rate and avoids wasted appointment slots which may be chargeable. We have a dedicated website with ‘Member Only’ access to online forms and guidance information.
Our IT system supports a web-based portal which allows service users to submit pre-employment questionnaires and management referrals directly into our Occupational Health system, providing the following benefits:
- Allows new starters to complete their Health Questionnaires online.
- OH to clear them more quickly by minimising data input and allowing significant automation to the processes.
- Provide on-line reporting access for clearance outcomes to Recruitment teams.
- Allow managers to submit management referrals online using their secure credentials
- Managers & HR key personnel can track progress to see when an appointment has been made, if the appointment was then attended and read the management report when released.
Our team uses a secure clinical documentation tool, to support note-taking during appointments. This helps reduce time spent typing and allows the clinician to focus more on the consultation. If you have any preferences about how notes are taken, you’re welcome to mention this at the start of your appointment.
