We are constantly trying to improve the service we provide to all our patients, their relatives and friends.
Your views on our service are useful in helping us to identify things which need to be improved. If you would like to ask a question or make a suggestion, please do so below.
If you are, or have been a patient, we'd like you to tell us what you think about our hospital. When you are admitted you will be given a leaflet asking your views. If you would like to help us improve our service, please fill it in and place it in the suggestion box on the ward, or send it to the address on the leaflet.
Making a complaint
If you are not happy about any of your treatment or care, please talk to the sister or any of the nursing staff on your ward. There is a corporate Complaints Policy which they will follow.
There is a leaflet available, 'How to Complain', which tells you what to do if the ward staff cannot resolve your problem. You will find copies in the leaflet racks on the wards and the Main Reception and Outpatient Department at the hospital.
Alternatively, please tell us about your complaint below by selecting the Make a Complaint/Suggestion drop down tab.
